November 15, 2015 - Undead Messengers Live in Studio

Undead MessengersPresent were, EVD, Nathan, Justin, who was sick and didn't sound well at all, Justin, The Person Formerly Known As Crappy The Clown, who, this night, actually was Crappy The Clown, and, the band Undead Messengers. Undead Messengers performed a long set of a lot of songs live in The Performance Room. They rocked, and it sounded awesome, as Nathan despite being a Bronie, is a great sound person. The Old School Hour was a little earlier than 2:00, because the band would be performing then. This week, for The Old School Hour, and also later in the night, Azkath had brought in a lot of vinyl records, which were played, and everyone there told how they first got into metal. There was a Connect-A-Set, with all songs that involved members of the band Fields Of The Nephilum, in other projects. There was no Cover Set this night, just one cover of an Ozzy Osborne song. There were segments of Movie Time. Azkath discussed a book that he had just read...

November 8, 2015 - Undead, Clowns, Tacks, Ponies, and Ice Cream

LE

Present were, EVD, Nathan, Justin, The Person Formerly Known As Crappy The Clown (and sometimes still is), this night he was calling himself Confusion, and also still Vilified, like he was last time he was here, and Crappy also put in some appearances tonight, and, the band Undead Messengers, who brought along a new member, Jake, who didn't say much. There was a Russian Roulette Set, if a bullet played, Justin won, if not, Nathan did. The loser would get spanked with a light, soft paddle, and, if a bizarre song played, EVD would get spanked a lot of times with it. Nathan lost, so he got spanked with the paddle, no big deal, right? Except that, he should have known that his punishment would never be that light, not on this program! Azkath conveniently forgot to mention that there were lots of thumb tacks imbedded in the paddle, well, that's such a tiny detail, I'm sure it just slipped his mind, I can see that. Nathan will probably have some trouble sitting for a while. Btw, the bullet was Europe's "The Final Countdown", somehow a copy of it must have survived the virus that Azkath made to destroy every copy of that song, as it is banned from ever playing, in this studio, too bad Just Joe wasn't there to hear it, though it was quite quickly stopped. Everyone was asked a question, "What was something that, when you were a child, you thought was true, which was totally wrong"? EVD, as always, had the most disturbing answer. Crappy played a trivia game, whomever answered some questions correctly got an ice cream sandwich. There was a game played, "My Little Pony, Or Porn Star". Azkath read out names, and everyone had to guess if each one was the name of a My Little Pony, or a porn star, as the name of the game would imply. A lot of the answers were surprising, many of the ones you would think were porn stars, were actually My Little Ponies. And, our resident Bronie did miserably, only getting two out of ten right, he should be ashamed of himself, and should have gotten another whack with that above mentioned paddle. A Punch Drunk Monkeys's song, "Cookin' With Uncle Charlie", was played in honor of "Uncle Charlie", one of their old time drummers's who also played with Dio, who passed away this week. There were segments of Movie Time, some TV programs were talked about as well. At 2:00, The Old School Hour. The Cover Set was a bit late, 5:00, instead of it's usual 4:00...

October 25, 2015 - Take Two Perform

Take Two and AcePresent were, EVD, Just Joe (which made it two whole weeks in a row, a real record for him lately!), Nathan, Justin, and, The Person Formerly Known As Crappy The Clown, who's name this night was Vilified (he said he was the leader of a group, The Evil Deeds Society.), and he brought Ace Frehley, of the band Kiss with him, Ace remained silent, though, Vilified said he communicated with him telepathically. The band Take Two was there for the first couple hours. They played two sets of three songs each live from The Performance Room, with Nathan running the sound, so they sounded awesome, as he is really good at that. Then the band was interviewed, they told us all about themselves, as this was their first time at LE. Two more tracks from their ten song CD, ones that they hadn't already performed, were played as well. They are very cool, you can find them on Facebook, where you will find all the links to all the other places you can find them. Vilified had a game to play, involving food. He had a bunch of doughnut balls, which he called balls of misfortune, everyone was supposed to eat one, and there would be a fortune in it. For some reason no one really wanted to eat Vilified's balls. I can't imagine why! But Azkath and Just Joe finally did. Azkath's said that he had won five bucks, but Vilified then named three people named Buck, a male deer, and, when asked what about the fifth buck, he replied "Buck off!". Ha, ha. Just Joe's said that he was going to die of a heart attack next May. We certainly hope that isn't true, but, then again, if he does, we will probably have been the ones who caused it, and he has died many, many times here before, and yet, somehow, is still around. Vilified also then made himself a mustache and goatee out of electrical tape and then spoke in a heavy Hispanic accent, sounding like Cheech, from Cheech And Chong. A portion of an interview that Azkath conducted with Chris Mulkey, an actor who has been in over two hundred movies and TV programs, and is one of the stars in the new movie "The Surface" was played, you can hear the rest on our web site. There was a tribute to the bass player from the band Obituary, who had passed away this week, a song from that band was played, and it was noted that there was irony there, playing a song from the band Obituary, because one of their members had died. The Old School Hour was an hour late, 3:00, because Take Two was still performing at 2:00. The cover Set was a little late as well. There were segments of Movie Time...

July 26, 2015 - Duct Tape and Barbed Wire for Nathan

Nathan, Crappy, EVDPresent were, EVD, Nathan, Tim, and, The Person Formerly Known As Crappy The Clown, or, as he was calling himself for most of the time this week (Crappy did put in an appearance), Bulk Hogan, in honor of all the trouble that Hulk Hogan is in now, being totally expunged from The WWE because of the release of a tape in which he goes on a racist rant. EVD said he was going to do an experiment on Tim, that he was going to modify his DNA. He said he had installed a button in his head, injected it with a chemical, and that when he pushed it, Tim would now have Turret's Syndrome. He wanted Tim to say lots of mean things to people there and get him in trouble. In that, he failed miserably. He somehow succeeded in making Tim even more nice than he already was, which was already extremely nice. I guess EVD should stick to hair styling. Nathan was in the performance room, and he was singing pop songs, sounding like he was using Auto Tune. EVD went up there and thoroughly duct taped him. Nathan came hopping down, and tried to charge EVD, but the poor young Bronie weighs like ninety pounds, and so it didn't do a thing to EVD, who only wrapped him even more completely in duct tape, and put him out on the porch and left him out there. Later, something was done that hadn't been for quite a while. Russian Roulette was played. EVD was told to pick whether he wanted bullet, or no bullet. First he said no bullet, then changed his mind and went with bullet. If a bullet played, then Azkath, on behalf of EVD, would body slam Nathan on to The Barbed Wire Board. If no bullet, then EVD would have to be really nice to Nathan, not insult him, compliment him, for a whole talk break. Bullet. So Nathan got body slammed on The Barbed Wire Board, and then kicked him while he was impaled on it, and smooshed him onto it further. There was a lot of screaming. But, after that, Nathan did get to play a set of music.

This was the second weekend in June, our Anniversary month, twenty one this year, so it was the second Show appreciating current co-hosts. Present were, EVD, Just Joe, whatever The Person Formerly Known As Crappy The Clown was calling himself this week, this time it was Mr. Nobody, R.J., and a girl he brought with him whom I'm assuming is his girlfriend, but if I'm wrong on that, my apologies to her, on second thought, even if I am right about that, still, I'm sorry, Girl. Nathan was supposed to be there, but called in sick, thus ruining what was supposed to be Just Joe's token of appreciation, Nathan was supposed to be sacrificed to him, so that will probably occur later this month. Crappy's gift was a copy of a Show he had performed at as part of The Punch Drunk Monkeys, the last Show they played together. Some songs of Punch Drunk Monkeys's were played, always great to hear, and some clips of Crappy appearing on LE from way back in the day. Crappy made an appearance to receive his appreciations. R.J.'s gift was a copy of "The Last Exit For The Lost Armageddon Show", which his band Thirteen South had performed at. A Thirteen South track from that was played, it rocked. R.J. and Girl made a huge mess when they dumped some bags of foam all over Azkath. Azkath wasn't able to come up with another gesture of appreciation for Just Joe, other than his plans for an absent Nathan, so he, very reluctantly, told Just Joe that, if he really wanted it, he guessed they could play Europe's "The Final Count Down", if he REALLY wanted it. Just Joe was ecstatic. But, when the song played, only a few seconds of it would play. Azkath told Just Joe he must have broken it, but Just Joe was sure he hadn't. They tried a few more times, and the word "Nope" could be heard when it stopped, finally reminding Azkath that he had gotten rid of all of the copies of that song, knowing that Just Joe would try to get around the ban on it any chance he got. Azkath claimed he had forgotten all about doing that, and had really meant to play it for Just Joe, but who knows, it would be just like something he would do to torment Just Joe, letting him get his hopes up just to crush them. There were segments of Movie Time, and a new Netflix series was reviewed as well. At 3:30 the set of all covers was played. The last hour was The Old School Hour...

April 20, 2014 - We Love Satan Easter Show

We Love Satan ShowIt was Easter Sunday, so of course it was our We Love Satan Show. Present for this were, James, Rick, Randy BILL!, and Annie, all from The Metallic Onslaught, Allie, Kal, Mark, and someone who once was Crappy The Clown, and sometimes still is, but you never know what personality he may turn up as, for a while this night, he was Humpty Gump, then he was Dr. Phil for a while. It was Easter, and, every Easter we kill The Easter Bunny, many times, for our Easter sacrifice, then resurrect him, by pouring water on him, holy water, if you will, so we can kill him again. Whoever is wearing The Easter Bunny ears is The Easter Bunny. First it was Randy, and Azkath beat him to death. Randy was resurrected. Next, BBBIIILLLLL!!!!! wore the ears. A game of Hide And Go Beat was played, The Easter Bunny would hide, and people would take turns looking for him, in the dark. The one who found him would get to kill him. But, after three people trying and failing to find him, the lights were turned on, and everyone went looking at once. James found him. But then James vanished, and Darksyde appeared, and showed BBBIIILLLLL!!!!! how much he loves him, unfortunately for BBBIIILLLLL!!!!!, when Darksyde really loves you, he beats the crap out of you. While BBBIIILLLLL!!!!! was dead, Allie did a puppet show with his corpse. BBBIIILLLLL!!!!! was resurrected. Next, James wore the ears, and they beat him to death. While he was dead, Kal was enjoying poking him with a big club. James was resurrected. Crappy The Clown's uncle, Uncle Punchy, showed up, with an Easter game, Pass The Schmuck. People would have to throw a party streamer to each other, if they dropped it, or it broke, there would be a consequence. The consequences could be, Poop Head, where you would have to wear a pile of poop on your head for a music set, Tape Head, where your head would be covered in shipping tape, and you would have to suffer the agony of having it removed, Penis Nose, where you would have to wear a set of goggles with a penis on them for a music set, Short Bus, where you would have to wear this helmet that Uncle Punchy had brought for a music set, Metal Head, where your head would be covered in aluminum foil for a music set, or Truth Or Dare. Allie lost the first round, and she had to wear the penis goggles. Randy lost the second round. They let Allie pick his consequence. She picked Short Bus. Then Randy was The Easter Bunny again. And this time he would be killed by Rick chokeslamming him off the balcony, which was only about three and a half stories high. Gee, wonder if that would actually kill him, it doesn't sound that deadly at all, couldn't they have come up with something a bit more lethal?! I mean, Satan deserves a good sacrifice for Easter! So Rick did it, Randy died, they poured water on him, he came back to life long enough to get back inside, then died again. They pelted him with Easter eggs, a lot of them. Randy finally did revive again, but he wasn't in very good shape, kinda bloody, so Rick had to take him home. The clown, Crappy, sang us a song. Azkath played a clip for Crappy from way back in the day, a spot with Crappy's old band The Punch Drunk Monkeys, talking about him. There were segments of Movie Time, and some TV, and On-line shows were talked about as well. Topics were discussed like the JFK assassination. And, of course, most of the music was for, to, and about Satan, lots of satanic metal, and some comedy songs and skits about him as well. No appearance from Satan for his Show, and no appearance from Jesus bearing candy, either. Kal wore a gas mask all night, for some reason, but that's just Kal... And so, thus went our Easter We Love Satan Extravaganza!

March 30, 2014 - Dave Brockie (GWAR) Tribute

Just JoePresent were, Just Joe, Crappy the Clown, and James. The previous Thursday, March 27th, had been National Joe Day, where everyone gets to be Joe for a day. So this LE was the celebration of Just Joe's day. It was also Just Joe's first time in the new studio. He was confused and got lost. He is easily confused. Azkath had invented a brand new game for Just Joe's special day... It was called Hide And Go Beat. Since this studio is huge, the game involved hide and seek. Everyone got a chance to hide, and someone else would look for them, if they found them, then the found person got a beat down, if not then they got a surprise. Some of the results, Just Joe got a surprise, Turkish Delight, Arydaea got to beat Just Joe with a wiffle ball bat, but she wasn't feeling like it, so Darksyde was Just Joe's surprise, and he administered the beat down, because he loves Just Joe so much. James got my crotch your faced by Just Joe instead of a beat down, well, almost, he threw Just Joe off him, but it was still a traumatizing experience. James was also mad at Just Joe because, when Just Joe blew up the underground tunnels at the old studio, three weeks ago, James got trapped down there, that was where he had been for the past three weeks. Azkath let Just Joe and James each pick something to play from the music cabinet. This was also a tribute show to Dave Brockie, the vocalist for the band Gwar, who had passed away this past week. Crappy The Clown, who was very good friends with Gwar, shared memories and stories about Dave, and did a dramatic reading of one of their songs, "The Performer", which he suspected might have been written about him. Lots of Gwar music was played all throughout the night, and the program began and ended with their songs. There was also a part of an interview that Azkath had done with Dave Brockey, twenty years ago, you can watch the entire interview below. There were segments of Movie Time, though Just Joe lost the notepad he had written down what he had seen on, so he had to do it from memory, which he has none of. The last hour was The Old School Hour...

March 16, 2014 - First Show on Buffalo St!

CrappyThis was LE's first week in their new studio. It is a very nice studio, everyone seemed to be very pleased with it. Present for this inaugural night were, Eric, Kal, Randy, from the bands Thirteen South, and Chamber Law (he announced this that Chamber Law has a new vocalist), and, Crappy The Clown. Topics were discussed throughout the night, like a scientist saying he has proved that maps couldn't have been written by any peoples that we know of, but refusing to say that could mean that they were made by some lost civilization, The Monsanto company, and the evil that they do, and new huge three thousand ton stone blocks found in Siberia, and wrestling. There were segments of Movie Time. The last hour was The Old School Hour, and the final song played was Fields Of The Nephilum's "The Last Exit For The Lost", for the first night in the new studio, the song that gave this program it's name.
