March 30, 2014 - Dave Brockie (GWAR) Tribute

Just JoePresent were, Just Joe, Crappy the Clown, and James. The previous Thursday, March 27th, had been National Joe Day, where everyone gets to be Joe for a day. So this LE was the celebration of Just Joe's day. It was also Just Joe's first time in the new studio. He was confused and got lost. He is easily confused. Azkath had invented a brand new game for Just Joe's special day... It was called Hide And Go Beat. Since this studio is huge, the game involved hide and seek. Everyone got a chance to hide, and someone else would look for them, if they found them, then the found person got a beat down, if not then they got a surprise. Some of the results, Just Joe got a surprise, Turkish Delight, Arydaea got to beat Just Joe with a wiffle ball bat, but she wasn't feeling like it, so Darksyde was Just Joe's surprise, and he administered the beat down, because he loves Just Joe so much. James got my crotch your faced by Just Joe instead of a beat down, well, almost, he threw Just Joe off him, but it was still a traumatizing experience. James was also mad at Just Joe because, when Just Joe blew up the underground tunnels at the old studio, three weeks ago, James got trapped down there, that was where he had been for the past three weeks. Azkath let Just Joe and James each pick something to play from the music cabinet. This was also a tribute show to Dave Brockie, the vocalist for the band Gwar, who had passed away this past week. Crappy The Clown, who was very good friends with Gwar, shared memories and stories about Dave, and did a dramatic reading of one of their songs, "The Performer", which he suspected might have been written about him. Lots of Gwar music was played all throughout the night, and the program began and ended with their songs. There was also a part of an interview that Azkath had done with Dave Brockey, twenty years ago, you can watch the entire interview below. There were segments of Movie Time, though Just Joe lost the notepad he had written down what he had seen on, so he had to do it from memory, which he has none of. The last hour was The Old School Hour...

March 16, 2014 - First Show on Buffalo St!

CrappyThis was LE's first week in their new studio. It is a very nice studio, everyone seemed to be very pleased with it. Present for this inaugural night were, Eric, Kal, Randy, from the bands Thirteen South, and Chamber Law (he announced this that Chamber Law has a new vocalist), and, Crappy The Clown. Topics were discussed throughout the night, like a scientist saying he has proved that maps couldn't have been written by any peoples that we know of, but refusing to say that could mean that they were made by some lost civilization, The Monsanto company, and the evil that they do, and new huge three thousand ton stone blocks found in Siberia, and wrestling. There were segments of Movie Time. The last hour was The Old School Hour, and the final song played was Fields Of The Nephilum's "The Last Exit For The Lost", for the first night in the new studio, the song that gave this program it's name.

March 9, 2014 - Last Show at Mitchell Street

Harold and JoeThis was the night when we set the clocks ahead, and go on Daylight Savings Time, so this LE was five hours long instead of it's usual six, which we make up in the fall, when we go on Standard Time, and it is a seven hour show. Present were Just Joe, Rick, from The Metallic Onslaught, and, Dave, from the band Spater, who is also the founder of the annual Finger Lakes Metal Fest, which The Metallic Onslaught hosts, Spater and seventeen other bands would be performing there, and it is fast approaching, so he promoted that, and music from some of the bands performing there was played. Since next week, LE would be broadcasting from a new studio, leaving behind this one where we have been for fourteen years, and which coincides with my first becoming to know LE fourteen years ago, Azkath said they should destroy this one. Rick threw Just Joe into the wall 'til he went through it. Harold, The Enforcer, arrived, he ass punched Just Joe repeatedly, and broke a record on him. Then they broke a CD player on Harold, on his crotch. The shortened show is when we have our Tribute To Glam Hour, in the hours between two and three, which, of course, there is no such hour, which Just Joe forgets every year, and gets all excited about an hour of glam. He was out for the nonexistent glam hour, and was really bummed when they told him he had missed it. He demanded another glam hour, finally, Azkath played him one glam song, the band Tigertailz. Just Joe said, at the end of the night, that he had filled the tunnels that run below the building with explosives, so nothing would escape them. So they should now run for their lives. So, next week, the new studio. If everyone made it out alive... We shall hear...

March 2, 2014 - A Quiet Night...

Present were, James, and, Eric. Topics were discussed throughout the night, like one of the hosts of "Coast To Coast A.M." having been fired, and world events, the situation with Ukraine and Russia. There were segments of Movie Time, and TV shows were discussed as well. And Eric, despite his always claiming that he can't read, talked about a book he is reading, about ancient secrets and truths. He can read, he just doesn't like to. The last hour was The Old School Hour...

February 23, 2014 - Dave Returns...

Karen Crisis, formerly of the band Crisis, called in for an extensive interview, where she discussed her new project, Gospel Of The Witches. Present were, Just Joe, James, and, someone who has not been here in a long while, because he is the worst co-host in the world, that's right, Dave. True to form in keeping with his being the worst co-host in the world, he said he was leaving after only having been there barely an hour. Azkath told him he could not leave until they had given him a proper welcome back, and shown him how much they had missed him... Which they promptly did by beating the crap out of him, and then throwing him in the snow, giving him a thorough snow job. Also there, briefly, he did not speak on air, was Mark. There were segments of Movie Time, and some TV shows, and on-line shows were discussed as well, Just Joe had not seen any movies in two weeks, because he had been watching seasons of one TV show, and one on-line show. The last hour was The Old School Hour...

February 16, 2014 - Crappy sings us a Song

Crappy sang a song on a guitar, a cover of "Dang Me", with a lot of added verses, that never would have been played on radio. There were segments of Movie Time. And, on this night, instead of the last hour being The Old School Hour, like it usually is, this time the last two hours were all old school music...

February 9, 2014 - Crotches and Snow for Randy

Randy gets a Double My Crotch Your FacePresent were, Just Joe, Eric, James, Rick and Randy, from The Metallic Onslaught, Tim, and, Rob, from the band Thirteen South. Azkath had a challenge for Just Joe. He told him how Jeffie had played my crotch your face on Randy better than anyone ever had, on The Metallic Onslaught, the previous night. So Azkath challenged Just Joe to do that to Randy and see if he could do even better. Just Joe did. Then Rob helped, and it was a double my crotch your face on Randy, one on each side. Azkath said that the double one had topped Jeffie's, congratulations! Then Randy went into the bathroom, and defiled it with his horrible odor. Azkath told them to put Just Joe in there, but Just Joe put up an impressive fight, nearly pulling over the whole desk, which is very heavy, Eric said he could have gotten him in there, but not without having to be in there himself, and he wasn't going to sacrifice himself. Russian Roulette was played. Everyone was assigned a number, if a bullet played on their number, then they would be thrown into the snow. Rob had the number six, which there is no such number in a set of five songs, only it was six songs, because Azkath forgot to randomize the songs after the first one, which he always picks, there was still no bullet so Rob would get thrown in the snow. Azkath told Rob to feel free to take other people down into the snow with him. Rob was thrown in the snow, he threw Eric in as well, but Randy got the worst of it, he was covered in snow, despite putting up a fight. There were many segments of Movie Time, and some TV shows were discussed as well. The last hour was The Old School Hour...

January 26, 2014 - Tim comes out on Top!

Present were, Just Joe, and, Tim. As Tim was about to leave, Just Joe was going to DDT him onto a thing, a jagged thing, I can't get any more specific than that, because they didn't, so if you want this to make more sense, yell at them. As Azkath and Just Joe were discussing how best to do that to Tim, Azkath decided to test it out using Just Joe. After he was through doing that, Just Joe was in no condition to do anything to Tim, and asked Tim to DDT himself onto the thing, which, for some reason, Tim never got around to doing, he just left. Topics were discussed like, a "Coast To Coast A.M." episode, and how most people seem to have forgotten what science really means, claiming something is scientific, proved by science, when it really isn't, it may be logical, or make sense, but it hasn't been subjected to the scientific method. There were four segments of Movie Time. The last hour was the Old School Hour...
